PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that in accordance with the Open Public Meetings Act (N.J.S.A. 10:4-6 et seq.), the Planning Board of the Township of Parsippany-Troy Hills will hold a Special Meeting on:

• Date: Wednesday, December 24, 2025
• Time: 10:30 a.m.
• Location: Municipal Building, 1001 Parsippany Boulevard, Parsippany, NJ 07054

THE PURPOSE OF THIS MEETING is for the Planning Board to conduct a Courtesy Review pursuant to N.J.S.A. 40:55D-31 regarding the subdivision of property located at 1050 Littleton Road, Parsippany, New Jersey 07054, Block 166, Lot 96, which is to be purchased by the Township.

The Board may also discuss any other business that may properly come before it. Formal action may be taken.

The public is invited to attend this meeting. This notice has been:
1. Posted on the official bulletin board in the Municipal Building;
2. Filed with the Township Clerk;
3. Transmitted to the Township's official newspapers (The Daily Record and The Star-Ledger).
