The Township of Parsippany-Troy Hills intends to participate in the Omnia national purchasing cooperative, contract for “Electrical, Lighting, Data Communications and Security Products and Related Products, Services and Solutions” – Contract# EV2370 issued to Graybar Electric Company Inc. to purchase two (2) Square D Motor Control Center

It is the intent of the Township of Parsippany-Troy Hills to make a contract award to Graybar Electric Company Inc. pursuant to the proposal submitted in response to the Township of Parsippany-Troy Hill’s request.
The Township of Parsippany-Troy Hills is permitted to join national cooperative purchasing agreements under the authority of N.J.S.A. 52:34-6.2(b)(3).
